    Esther Lee joined ICM in 2025 and currently serves as the Compliance and Risk Manager of ICM Global Funds, based in Singapore. With over thirteen years of experience in compliance and risk management, she brings deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, governance, and operational integrity. Prior to joining ICM, Esther was the Head of Compliance at State Street Global Advisors in Singapore, where she led strategic compliance initiatives and worked closely with regulators to uphold high standards of accountability and transparency. At ICM, Esther is responsible for cultivating a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness, while reinforcing the firm’s regulatory standing and operational resilience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
