    Mixx Technologies strengthens its position in AI interconnect infrastructure

    Mixx Technologies has acquired Bengaluru-based semiconductor IP specialist Sophic Silicon Technologies and announced a multi-year manufacturing collaboration with Kaynes Semicon. The moves strengthen Mixx’s end-to-end capabilities in co-packaged optics, bringing together advanced semiconductor design, optical IC packaging and manufacturing in India. The developments mark an important step towards scalable, lower-power interconnect solutions for next-generation AI infrastructure.
